Love and Laughter
There once was a man with a heart so grand,
Who always had a joke on hand.
With a wink and a smile, he'd light up the room,
Turning any moment from grey to bloom.
He loved his family more than words could say,
And through life’s hurdles, he'd find a way
To laugh at the little things, dance through the strife,
His joy and humor were the rhythm of life.
He taught us love doesn't have to be serious,
In fact, it's more fun when it's a little delirious!
With a chuckle or two, we learned through the years,
That laughter's the best cure for all our fears.
So today we remember, not with tears alone,
But with the joy and warmth he had always shown.
For love and laughter were his greatest gifts,
And in our hearts, his spirit still lifts

I am I and you are you, whatever we were to each other that we still are.
Speak to me in the easy way which you always used.
Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight?
Life means all that it ever meant, it is the same as it ever was.
